We typically process orders within 2-4 business days of receiving your order.
Each item is individually prepared before it is shipped.
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

We offer competitive shipping rates for both domestic and international orders. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

  • United Kingdom: Standard delivery typically within 3–7 business days.

  • International Orders: Shipping times vary depending on the destination and will be displayed at checkout.


3. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted carriers to ensure your items reach you safely and on time, including:

  • DPD

  • Hermes

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.


4. Order Tracking

After your product ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after the shipping label is created.


5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot redirect packages once shipped. Errors may result in delayed or undelivered packages.

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your location.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not covered by RABENSON.
